What happens if there's an alarm activation at night?
The on-duty officer responds first. If the property is unmanned, our mobile patrol or duty supervisor is dispatched. The owner (or nominated contact) is notified to a pre-agreed escalation rule and the property is checked, secured and reported on in writing before stand-down.
